Tips for Practicing Gratitude

When we take time to appreciate the positives, it focuses our mind and makes us more mindful and aware. It is very easy to take things for granted. Practice thinking of a few things you are grateful for each day. Gratitude journaling is another tool to raise our awareness and shift our thinking to the positive.
