Fourteen cross-campus committees began implementing Talent@Iowa proposals in three phases during 2016 and 2017.
Each committee is charged with implementation strategy for one or more targeted task force recommendations.
Talent@Iowa committees generally include:
- Two co-chairs responsible for providing direction, facilitating discussions, and implementing recommendations.
- An advisory group that shares campus input and feedback with technical teams
- A technical team charged with analyzing data, making recommendations, implementing solutions, and evaluating results
- HR administrative liaisons who provide connections to University Human Resources
In some cases, committees advise University Human Resources leadership directly, without a designated technical team. See committee pages for specific structures.
