You may access your account information online through Employee Self Service.
- Log in to Employee Self Service with your HawkID and password
- Choose the button labeled "Benefits & Wellness"
- Choose the box labeled "Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending"
- Select the "20__ Summary" (under blue box that says "Start a Health Care Claim") and choose the year for which you want to see the balance.
The online information is updated daily and will show your account balances and payments at that point in time. Claims and payments are processed every business day. Once your claim is processed (which generally takes twenty (20) business days), the payment will be reflected in Employee Self Service. Please allow 2-3 business days for payments to reflect in your bank account.
