You may access your account information online through Employee Self Service
- Log in to Employee Self Service with your HawkID and password
- Choose the button labeled "Benefits & Wellness"
- Choose the button labeled "Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending"
- Select the Summary tab of whichever year you are looking for under the blue "Start a Health Care Claim" button
- View the amount listed as "Available Balance"
The online information is updated daily and will show your account balances and payments at that point in time.
Claims and payments are processed every business day. Once your claim is processed (which generally takes 10 business days), the payment will be reflected on Employee Self Service.
Please allow 2-3 business days for payments to reflect in your bank account.
