The Year of HR Innovation initiative begins with a question focused on workload distribution, an area for improvement highlighted by Working@Iowa surveys.
In 2016, 26 percent of staff and faculty disagreed with the statement “My unit distributes workloads fairly.” Though down slightly from 2014 and 2012 surveys (27 and 28 percent, respectively) the topic remains among the most prominent areas of concern for respondents.
