Discover your strengths. StrengthsFinder is an assessment tool to help you become aware of the natural ways you think, feel and behave. StrengthsFinder has currently been taken by millions of individuals around the world to help people do what they do best every day.

This session will use Clifton StrengthsFinder/StrengthsQuest program to help you explore what your greatest talents are, and how to further develop your natural ability in order to apply your strengths to achieve your personal and work life goals.

There is a $20 fee associated with this workshop which includes: code for online assessment and course materials. Registration and payment must be received two weeks prior to the workshop. You will be sent the online assessment code after your registration and payment are confirmed. The assessment must be completed one week prior to the workshop.

Objectives

  • Have an understanding of your own signature themes and be able to define and verbalize your themes.
  • Begin building a basic understanding of the language of strengths and the 34 Clifton StrengthsFinder themes.
  • Have an understanding of how understanding others’ strengths can enhance your ability to work successfully with others.
  • Explore how to apply your StrengthsFinder assessment to both your work and personal life.

This workshop is intended for individuals who have none to very limited knowledge of strengths development and want a deeper understanding of how to apply their natural talents to maximize their performance and to enhance their ability to work successfully with others.

Only UI employees are eligible to participate.
