Grow Your Grit

GROW Your Grit-Give Recognition to your Own Well-Being.

Every day can be seen as an opportunity to grow as a person. With this holiday season it is important to remember how resilient you are. Through this online, four-week program, you will focus on four different categories that can help you build your grit all season long:

  • Friends/Family
  • Food
  • Fitness
  • Fun

From November 14 to December 11, 2016 take at least five steps weekly to maintain or improve your well-being by checking off tasks on your GROW Checklist. Weekly, participants will receive an email containing tips for that week's GROW Checklist. Included in that email is a Bonus Code worth 50 liveWELL Points to enter on My Health and Wellness.

To participate in GROW Your Grit, register at My Health and Wellness on Self-Service.
