Health Coach Booster

Health Coach Clients that have already participated in Health Coaching now have access to Health Coach Booster. Health Coach Booster focuses on one of the topics below topics in three sessions. Clients are provided a packet that they use to work with their coaches. Clients move at their own pace within a coaching model that is focused on skill development through weekly goals and homework.

Topics include:

  • Sugar

    • Learn how sugar affects your body and develop strategies to help reduce your sugar intake.
  • Resilience

    • Work with your coach to develop techniques for recovering from life’s challenges. Learn about the science of happiness and positive psychology and how to implement into your life.
  • Healthy Weight

    • Explore the habits and behaviors that support a healthy weight with a whole body approach. Identify skills and behaviors that can improve your relationship with weight and focus on healthy habits with accountability and feedback from your coach.
  • Physical Activity and Performance Planning

    • Create a five week fitness plan with your Health Coach. This plan is not Personal Training. Rather, it is a collaborative effort to plan exercise into your life while applying exercise principles for improvement. Exercise plan is based on client interest and the goal is to see improvement in fitness over the five week plan.
  • Anti-Inflammatory Eating for Optimal Health

    • Learn about the connection between inflammation and your health. This series provides relevant information on the latest diet strategies and other lifestyle choices to prevent and reduce chronic inflammation.
