As part of our series of annual notifications, this is a reminder that University Human Resources has created an “ePersonnel” file where you can electronically access information about your employment with the university.

You will find your ePersonnel file in Self Service, under Personal > General > My ePersonnel File.  Every employee’s ePersonnel file can be viewed by his or her supervisor (as displayed in the upper right hand corner of the Employee Overview screen), and by the supervisor’s supervisor.  HR representatives and senior HR leadership representatives can view the files of the staff members they represent; faculty HR representatives can view faculty members’ files.  You can find out who your representatives are in Self Service by looking under Personal > General > My HR Rep/Workflow Admin/Dept Admin.

When viewing your ePersonnel file, you will see on the left side of the screen a list of topics about which your file holds additional information.  Please note that a “Documents” link has been added to that menu, in conjunction with the newly implemented function allowing users to attach documents to the ePersonnel file.  Documents are labeled “New” for one month after upload.
