After the manager meets in-person with the staff member to administer discipline, the manager or HR representative must distribute the final discipline documents to the following as soon as possible:
- Original to the employee
- Email or uploaded copies of the signed original to:
- ePersonnel file
- Senior HR leader
- Employee and Labor Relations (elr-help@uiowa.edu)
- If health care, UI Health Care Human Resources Employee and Labor Relations (UIHC-elr@uiowa.edu)
- Discretionary department, org, or division personnel
