The University of Iowa is implementing recommendations developed by the Talent@Iowa task force with broad campus input and strong leadership support.
Collectively, these proposals call for new thinking about human resources, placing greater emphasis on strategic capabilities alongside transactional responsibilities.
They promise to yield innovations in talent acquisition and management, more efficient HR processes, and better defined roles for central and distributed HR staff.
