The new system will manage these and other functions:
- Job postings
- Candidate applications
- Applicant tracking
- Regulatory compliance
- Background check integration
Implementation will include system design, process review, role definition, training development, and other needs associated with the shift to a new system.
The university has hired Baker Tilly, a professional services firm with expertise in talent acquisition and Oracle systems, to consult on OTAC implementation. Configuring and launching the new system will require close collaboration between UI teams, Baker Tilly consultants, and Oracle.
The university also has purchased a job aggregator tool developed by Broadbean Technology that integrates with OTAC to automate job board postings and enhance compliance management. Iowa-based firm Creative Mellen will provide front-end design for a new UI jobs website, plus other marketing materials as needed.
