Project teams and committees

Implementing a new talent acquisition system and associated processes requires a network of teams and committees to make strategic decisions, drive day-to-day progress, and advise on design and rollout.

University of Iowa personnel, Baker Tilly implementation partners, and Oracle representatives are involved in all aspects of systems implementation. In addition to the executive sponsors, steering committee, and project managers listed below, core teamsextended teams, and strategy committees play key roles.

Executive sponsors

Role: Act as project champions, keep project aligned with UI strategy and direction, maintain project funding, and govern risks escalated by steering committee.

Steering committee
