ELA- Higher Education will kick off in September 2024 and will conclude in April 2025. The program will involve approximately 6 – 10 hours per/month. Program elements include Immersions, Individual Coaching, Leadership Labs, and Mentorship. Assessments include: Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) 360, Leadership Efficacy Questionnaire (LEQ), and DISC.

2024-2025 Immersion Schedule

Immersions are modeled around the Leadership Challenge (Kouzes and Posner) – 5 Behaviors of Exemplary Leadership.

  • Inspire a Shared Vision​ | Friday, October 18, 2024 | 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Challenge the Process​ | Friday, November 15, 2024 | 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Enable Others to Act ​| Friday, February 21, 2025 | 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Encourage the Heart | Friday, March 28, 2025 | 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Individual Coaching

Participants will engage in four individual coaching sessions scheduled throughout the months of October, December, March and April.
