The 2015-2017 collective bargaining agreement between the Board of Regents and SEIU ended June 30, 2017, and there was no new contract on July 1, 2017.
An implementation committee, made up of representatives from Health Care Human Resources and many UI Health Care departments, developed an Employee Manual for Staff Nurses and Allied Health Professionals (SNAHP) that addresses the terms and conditions previously addressed by the SEIU contract.
