UI EAP is a confidential, short-term counseling and referral service provided at no cost to UI faculty, staff, postdocs, medical residents, their spouses/partners, and insurance-eligible dependents living in Iowa. In-person and virtual appointments are available.
Office Hours
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday–Friday, with extended hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for virtual appointments.
