Talent Acquisition (TA) serves as a collaborative strategic partner to campus organizations, departments, and recruiters involved in the search and selection process for staff positions. We develop and provide value-added programs, services and solutions to recruit and retain talented and diverse staff for the University:
Manage searches from start-to-finish through our centralized team of TA consultants.
Assist with sourcing efforts to build a more robust and diverse pool of candidates.
Design and develop strategies to optimize the recruitment function across campus.
Offer training on talent acquisition skills and best practices.
Provide leadership and guidance for staff recruitment policies and procedures.
Maintain and support the job posting and applicant management system.
