Dorian Bright-Walker manages the UI learning management system and learning & development list serv, and coordinates building operations. 

Elissa Douglas coordinates the Executive Leadership Academy - Higher Ed program, provides consulting and coaching to individuals and teams, develops and facilitates training, and is a part of the Working at Iowa survey project team.  

Sean Hesler directs the operational aspects of the unit, supervises the Organizational Effectiveness team, executes campus-level strategic initiatives, and is the business owner for performance management. 

Laura Macrowski provides support for Organizational Effectiveness staff and programs, as well as managing the Tuition Assistance Program for faculty and staff. 

Kirsten Morris supports ICON courses found in Learning and Development, designs and builds online learning experiences in collaboration with the OE team, and serves as OE webmaster.

Rachel Napoli develops and executes comprehensive, integrated organizational development strategy for UI, leads the organizational effectiveness function, and advances staff success goals in the UI strategic plan.

Abigail Schaver oversees the Mary Jo Small Staff Fellowship Award, Improving Our Workplace Award, and Staff Appreciation Grants, while supporting Staff Success initiatives through project work. 

Nichole Singer, Project Manager for University Human Resources, coordinates staff success strategic projects, advises on project management, and manages large scale projects across the HR organization. 

Blair Wagner facilitates a team of organizational consultants to provide expert advice across campus on change management and improving organizational performance. Blair is also a leadership coach and manages our team coaching service.

Scott White manages the UI LEAD program, builds and facilitates training, serves as a coach and consultant for individuals and teams, leads Crucial Conversations training, and serves as a resource on LinkedIn Learning.

Heidi Zahner-Younts is accountable for leadership programs for UI leaders, oversees internal and external leadership coaching and leadership assessments, and manages OE student employees. Heidi is also a certified leadership coach and provides consulting across campus.
