Manda Marshall leads the AI Support Team within ITS Enterprise Services at the University of Iowa. Her expertise in learning sciences informs her work on how people learn, make decisions, and engage with technology within complex institutional environments. Her work focuses on supporting campus partners in the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence through governance alignment, training, consultation, and practical implementation of enterprise AI tools. Manda is particularly interested in the ethical, organizational, and human impacts of AI in higher education and in reducing barriers that can limit effective use of technology.
