Discussion and local decision
HR and the department review the result. The employing department decides whether to proceed and accepts responsibility for required conditions and costs.
Final arrangement documented
If the department proceeds, the employee completes the Remote Work Arrangement Outside Iowa in Employee Self-Service.
Ongoing review
The unit monitors the arrangement and resubmits or updates documentation when material circumstances change.
