One-on-One Elder Care Guidance, Information, and Referral
NEW FOR FY2020! UI Family Services is now partnering with a local organization, LivWell Seniors, to help UI Faculty and Staff navigate the complex and often confusing world of elder caregiving.
Senior Resource Specialists serve as a personal and professional advocate; working closely with families to navigate the broad network of transition resources that include senior living communities, relocation and downsizing services, real estate professionals, legal and financial resources. Employees can meet with a Senior Resource Specialist one-on-one or with family members at no cost.
Is caregiving a topic of relevance for your work unit or org? Senior Resource Specialists are also available to present at your work location on a variety of caregiving topics and concerns.
Contact a Senior Resource Specialist at 319-250-1577, info@livwellseniors.com or chat the LivWell Seniors website: livwellseniors.com.
