ELA- Higher Education will kick off in September 2025 and will conclude in April 2026. The program will involve approximately 10 hours per month. Program elements include Immersions, Individual Coaching, Leadership Labs, and Mentorship. Assessments include: Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) 360 and DISC.

Immersions are modeled around the Leadership Challenge (Kouzes and Posner) – 5 Behaviors of Exemplary Leadership.

- Encourage the Heart | Friday, March 6, 2026 | 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Individual Coaching
Participants will receive individual executive leadership coaching from an experienced leadership coach throughout the program.
Closing Session & Leadership Lab Presentations
Friday, April 10, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
