Reboot is a four-week challenge that encourages faculty and staff to practice habits that promote rest and recovery. The weekly themes include sleep habits, disconnecting, food and movement, and calming your mind.

How to Participate

  1. Register for Reboot and the optional 15-minute Zoom activities.
  2. Download the Reboot tracker to follow your progress.
  3. Each week, try to complete one or more activities from the tracker to charge your battery.
  4. Receive a weekly email with tips and encouragement to help you succeed. Each email will also include a bonus code to enter at My liveWELL Portal in Employee Self-Service and earn wellness points to use in the liveWELL store!
