Workday Wins is a three-week challenge that encourages faculty and staff to build healthier habits during the workday. Small actions like taking a 10-minute walk at lunch, choosing a nutritious snack, or pausing to stretch, can add up to a big impact on your daily routine.
This program was created by UI Health, Sport, and Human Physiology students.
How to Participate
- Register for Workday Wins and the optional lunchtime activities.
- Download the Workday Wins tracker to follow your progress.
- Each week, try to complete one or more activities from the Workday Wins list.
- Receive a weekly email with tips and encouragement to help you succeed. Each email will also include a bonus code to enter at My LiveWELL Portal in Employee Self-Service and earn wellness points to use in the liveWELL store!

Track Your Wins
Download the Workday Wins tracker to mark off your completed activities. Your goal is to check off as many “wins” as you can throughout the three weeks!
Lunchtime Activities
Each week during the challenge, liveWELL will host a 15-minute Zoom session related to one of the Workday Wins activities. All sessions take place from 12:00–12:15 PM. Registration links coming soon!
