​Andrea Androuais: As Director of Engagement and Adoption for the Workday Student Support Team, Andrea leads a team of communications, change management, and training professionals responsible for supporting the use and adoption of the Workday Support system through strategic engagement with campus. She joined WashU just over 7 years ago as part of the communications team helping with the replacement of the HR and finance systems with Workday prior to moving to the change management team for the implementation of Workday Student.
