Session Description: ​Learn more about the Collaboration Corps, an innovative initiative designed to foster a thriving workplace culture by empowering employees across all levels to become champions of collaboration. This session will explore how organizations can implement similar models to break down silos, enhance communication, and drive organizational success. Participants will gain actionable strategies to cultivate collaboration and continuous improvement within their teams​.

Facilitator Biography: ​In my current tole, I get to build community and strategically align these groups of people to design and launch ideas for our organizations to thrive. In my 20 years' experience in higher education, I've implemented critical enterprise systems to keep the lights on, as well as led university-wide convenings to empower leaders to lead from the inside out.​
