Education & Credentials
Erica is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a proud University of Iowa alum with a master’s degree in public health. She is also certified as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
Coaching Philosophy
Erica is passionate about helping people improve their overall health and well-being in ways that feel realistic and sustainable. She fosters a welcoming and encouraging environment where individuals can explore meaningful changes to their health, habits, and daily routines—without pressure or the expectation of perfection.
She believes that well-being isn’t about all-or-nothing thinking, but about small, consistent steps that lead to lasting change over time.

While Erica enjoys supporting all aspects of health and well-being, her specialty is physical activity and strength training. She helps individuals identify helpful resources and develop personalized movement plans that fit their schedules, preferences, and real-life demands.

- Erica has two mini goldendoodles who make sure she gets plenty of daily movement.
- She loves hiking and is likely planning her next Colorado 14er adventure.
