Erika has a master's degree in clinical social work from Virginia Commonwealth University and has provided counseling/therapy services to varying populations for more than a decade. She understands life is hard and that everyone has their own story and struggles. Sometimes, struggles exceed our window of tolerance, but you don't have to go through it alone.

Erika creates a safe space to feel heard and understood and will meet you where you are. She uses different theoretical frameworks to meet individual needs, including cognitive and behavioral frameworks.

Erika has special training and experience in play therapy and takes special interest in building family connections and help parents navigate family life and parenting. She has walked with others through depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, stress management, work-life balance, and parenting challenges.
