The University of Iowa is required to display state and federal notices and posters regarding employment rights. Posters must be placed in a common space within each building of every college or division on campus and must be visible to all employees.

This combination poster combines the following federal posters in one convenient location: Employee Polygraph Protection Act, Family Medical Leave Act of 1993, OSHA Job Safety and Health, Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law, and Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law Supplement. The poster also contains the following, which are not strictly required by federal law: IRS Withholding Notice, Payday Notice, Anti-Discrimination Notice
The “9-in-1” poster also contains the following required state posters: Iowa Minimum Wage, Safety and Health Protection on the Job, Discrimination, and Unemployment Insurance.

Unemployment Insurance (pdf): Required of all businesses.
Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses (pdf): Required of all employers in high rate industries having more than 10 workers. Must be posted annually from February 1 until April 30.
Safety & Health Protection on the Job (pdf): Required of all employers. Law requires the poster to be at least 8-1/2" x 14".
Your Rights Under Iowa's Minimum Wage (pdf): Required of all employers covered by the law.
Equal Employment Opportunity (pdf): Required of all businesses.
No Smoking Iowa Smokefree Air Act (pdf): Recommended.
