Application Open Dates
The tuition assistance application will open at 8:00 am on the second Friday of the following months:
- Summer Semester (April)
- Fall Semester (June)
- Winter and Spring Semester (November)*
Application Deadline for the Applicant
Applicants must route their application to their supervisor by the second Friday of the following months:
- Summer Semester (May)
- Fall Semester (July)
- Winter and Spring Semester (December)*
Failure to route the application to the supervisor by the deadlines posted will result in a voided application and the application will be ineligible for consideration of the award.
Supervisor Deadline
Supervisors must route approved applications for consideration of the tuition assistance award by the third Friday of the following months:
- Summer Semester (May)
- Fall Semester (July)
- Winter and Spring Semester (December)*
If supervisors fail to approve by the supervisor deadline, the application will be voided and ineligible for consideration of the award.
*Applicants must select the winter or spring semester application; they cannot apply for both semesters.
