Education & Credentials

Jenny Fitzpatrick is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach whose background spans physical therapy, coaching, and leadership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Iowa (a true CyHawk!). She has also completed certificates in Health and Well-Being Coaching (Duke University) and Integrative Health and Lifestyle (University of Arizona).

Jenny takes time to truly understand what’s happening in your world—what matters most to you, what challenges you’re facing, and what could make your days feel a little lighter. Her warm, curious style creates a supportive space where you can talk openly without feeling judged or pressured. Each session focuses on practical steps that fit naturally into your busy life.

Jenny believes all aspects of well-being are deeply connected. Her coaching interests include movement of all kinds, improving sleep, healthy aging, and realistic ways to reduce stress. She enjoys experimenting with new recipes and exploring simple tools and apps that make healthy habits easier. She also loves learning from her clients and sees coaching as a truly collaborative partnership.
