Reduction in Force and Reassignment for Merit Staff

Merit staff affected by a reduction will be individually counseled by a representative from University Human Resources to help them understand their specific options. Please refer to Iowa Administrative Code Chapter 3 (681-3.104(4) for information regarding reduction in force and reassignment process.
