So...when did being active start to feel like a chore?
Remember when movement was just a natural part of having fun? We would get excited to play kickball at recess, ride bikes around the neighborhood, or battle it out in dodgeball until we were the last ones standing. Somewhere along the way, being active started to feel more like an obligation than a joy and just another task on the to-do list.
The truth is, movement doesn’t have to be structured or overwhelming. It can still be simple, fun, and natural part of your day.
