Benefits Eligibility
Regular faculty and staff hired into a benefits-eligible position (full-time or part-time at 50% FTE or higher) may enroll themselves and eligible dependents in the benefits listed below.
Duplicate Coverage
Employees cannot be covered as both an employee (or retiree) and a dependent under the University's health or dental plans. Each person may only be enrolled under one University of Iowa policy.
