Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Begins March 26, 2025

liveWELL partners with Brad Baldwin of Aperture to offer the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to University of Iowa faculty and staff in a 50% or greater, regular position. You must obtain a referral from a Health Coach or EAP by March 21, 2025.
