Discover Your University will take place again this fall as an opportunity for University of Iowa faculty and staff to explore campus.

The pilot program focused on the long-term potential for remote and hybrid work, flexible schedules, and other arrangements to benefit employees and reduce costs.

In support of the strategic plan, University Human Resources is working to improve the experience of Merit staff so they can grow in their careers at Iowa.

The course for new and longstanding supervisors was developed in partnership with the Well-Being and Mental Health Campus Collaborative.
