Preserving Your Legacy

A well-crafted will is more than just a legal document; it’s a testament to your wishes, ensuring your assets are distributed according to your desires and appointing guardians for your loved ones and pets.

  • Standard will - Specify what happens to your property and assets after you die and appoint the person who will fulfill your wishes. You may also name a guardian for your children and pets.
  • Living will - If you cannot speak for yourself, let your family and health care providers know your wishes for medical treatment.
  • Durable power of attorney: Grant someone permission to make financial decisions if you can no longer do so yourself.
