As we approach the end of April, we want to remind you of the deadline for submitting flexible spending account expenses to HealthEquity. The deadline for 2023 claim reimbursement requests is April 30, 2024.

Here are the key details:

1. Eligible Expenses: You and your eligible dependents can submit expenses incurred from January 1 to December 31, 2023. These may include medical, dental, vision, or dependent care expenses that meet FSA plan criteria.
2. HealthEquity Submission: To submit a reimbursement request, log in to your HealthEquity portal through Employee Self-Service. From there, navigate to the reimbursement section where you can easily upload receipts and share the essential details for each expense. Remember to review the helpful guidelines and documentation requirements on the HealthEquity website.
3. Act Promptly: Don’t wait! Promptly submit your eligible expenses to help ensure timely processing. 

Important note: 2023 funds not used by April 30, 2024, will be forfeited.
