Effective July 1, Payroll Services realigned into separate University Payroll Services and University Workforce Operations teams.
The units continue to share customer service responsibilities while focusing on their respective services. For Payroll Services, the change brings renewed focus on reliable, comprehensive payroll-related services to faculty, staff, and students, in compliance with federal, state, and university regulations.
Meanwhile, Workforce Operations focuses on timely, accurate processing of personnel actions in collaboration with partners across campus, including time and leave reporting. Workforce Operations also is redesigning HR transaction service delivery and the HR Transactions system.
