  1. Download the free Wellmark and Delta Dental smartphone apps
    Let you wallet breathe and leave your ID cards at home by downloading the MyWellmark and Delta Dental smartphone apps to use your ID cards electronically.
     
  2. Know your options
    Visit the University Benefits webpage and familiarize yourself with how to find a network provider.
     
  3. Telehealth visits
    Doctor on Demand gives health plan members 24/7 online access to doctors. No matter where you are, visit with a provider on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Before you leave town, download the free Doctor on Demand app and follow the steps to create your account.
     
  4. Emergency room visits
    In the event of a serious or life-threatening situation such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, or severe injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Emergency rooms are open 24/7 and are equipped to handle critical situations.
