The Employee Assistance Program is available to assist supervisors, leaders, and departments with voluntary referrals to the EAP program, assessment of substance abuse concerns in the workplace, consultation around workplace stress, and assistance with identifying and assisting employees who may be experiencing domestic violence.
EAP also is available for consultation when a department might be concerned that an employee is impaired or is demonstrating other disruptive behaviors. EAP can provide access and information about campus resources such as Employee and Labor Relations, the Threat Assessment Team, or additional resources in the community.
