Application Open Dates

The tuition assistance application opens at 8 a.m. on the second Friday of the following months:

• Summer semester: April
• Fall semester: June
• Winter and Spring semester: November*

Application Deadline for Applicants

You must route your application to your supervisor by the second Friday of the following months:

• Summer semester: May
• Fall semester: July
• Winter and Spring semester: December*

If you do not route your application to your supervisor by these deadlines, your application will be voided and ineligible for consideration.

Supervisor Deadline

Supervisors must route approved applications for tuition assistance by the third Friday of the following months:

• Summer semester: May
• Fall semester: July
• Winter and Spring semester: December*

If your supervisor does not approve your application by these deadlines, your application will be voided and ineligible for consideration.

*Applicants must choose either the winter or spring semester application, you cannot apply for both semesters.
