• Use the Layoff Networking Program to initiate contact with potential hiring departments and interview for open or new positions that have not yet been advertised.
• Ask to have your resume/CV added to the Layoff Resume Job Pool, a tool for UI recruiters looking to fill open or new P&S positions.
