The University of Iowa retirees have the option to choose between two medical plans: UIChoice and UISelect.
UIChoice
A group health plan that consists of medical and prescription drug benefits. Your Wellmark Health Plan of Iowa network is called Blue Choice. The prescription drug benefits use the drug list Blue Rx Complete.
UISelect
A group health plan that consists of medical and prescription drug benefits. Your Wellmark Health Plan of Iowa provider network is called Blue Access. The prescription drug benefit formulary is called Blue Rx Value Plus.
