People are the university’s greatest resource and, simply put, many of these people say the UI is a great place to work. They tell us they join the university for a sense of purpose, attractive benefits, a strong sense of community, and the chance to make an impact in the lives of others.

This section of the Supervisors’ Toolbox focuses on attracting new faculty and staff, leveraging the UI employee experience to recruit the best people, and helping them get established in the UI community.
