Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

As the university’s statement on diversity asserts, “a rich diversity of people and the many points of view they bring serve to enhance the quality of the educational experience.” Given this fact, the university strives to recruit, hire, and retain staff and faculty from all backgrounds and communities.

This section of the Supervisors’ Toolbox focuses on ensuring opportunities, treating people fairly, and respecting the work and contributions of all employees.
