Eligibility and Plan Description
The Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurance plan is a required benefit for all benefit-eligible employees working 50% or greater.
The LTD plan provides a 60% salary replacement level and is provided by the University at no out-of-pocket cost to employees.
Enrollment Instructions
The Long-Term Disability insurance is mandatory. The Option Code has already been selected within the online enrollment form.
You do not need to do anything further.
