HR Roadmap

The HR Roadmap outlines ongoing University Human Resources Initiatives for 2017-2019. This evolving resource provides an at-a-glance summary of goals, unit responsibilities, and status of key projects and priorities.

The following initiatives originated from Talent@Iowa recommendations, Year of Innovation feedback, and HR leadership planning exercises. We assessed feasibility and projected potential impact in order to establish priorities.
