OD consultation (previously known as Workplace Consultation) emphasizes partnership with your local HR representatives. Contacting your HR representative is the first step in seeking services. During a consultation, you will collaborate with us and your local HR to assess (may include surveys) the challenge and determine strategies to effectively support the change you are seeking. These four broad categories represent OD services:
- Organization structure (work redesign and succession/workforce planning)
- Direction setting (strategic planning and leadership development)
- People (change, culture, learning and performance)
- Processes (process improvement, recognition)
