Finding the right care for the right situation.
With many care options available today, knowing where to go for specific illnesses or injuries can be challenging. The Benefits Office wants to help our covered health insurance members understand where they can go for care when symptoms arise or accidents happen. Knowing the right place to go helps you with a speedy recovery and saves you time and money.

Primary Care Provider (PCP)
If you need non-emergent care, your primary care provider (PCP) should be your first stop. They know you and your medical history best and can help with most of your health issues or help you find a specialist if needed. Your PCP will also help you stay on track with annual check-ups and age-appropriate tests.
Common reasons to see your PCP:
- Annual checkup
- Chronic conditions
- Immunizations
- An injury that is not healing
- Pain that won't go away
- Physical or mental changes
- Sports physicals

24/7 Call Lines
